Commissioning of the first Hatebur forging press AMP30 at the Hann. Münden site.

Expansion of the production site with the field of machining.

Commissioning of a second Hatebur forging press AMP30 at the Hann. Münden site
1995
Commissioning of a Hatebur forging press AMP40 at the Hann. Münden site.
1999
Foundation of the production site in Leinefelde in Thuringia, metallumform GmbH Co. KG Präzisionswerkstücke
2000
Foundation of ms Umformtechnik GmbH & Co. in Leinefelde, Thuringia with the commissioning of a second Hatebur forging press AMP40 at the Leinefelde site.
2006
Commissioning of a Hatebur forging press AMP50XL at the Leinefelde site.
