Foundation of the metallumform GmbH company in Hann. Münden as a production site, by Dr. Karl Wilhelm Stell metallumform Präzisionswerkstücke.

1973

Commissioning of the first Hatebur forging press AMP30 at the Hann. Münden site.

1974

Expansion of the production site with the field of machining.

1990

Commissioning of a second Hatebur forging press AMP30 at the Hann. Münden site

1995

Commissioning of a Hatebur forging press AMP40 at the Hann. Münden site.

1999

Foundation of the production site in Leinefelde in Thuringia, metallumform GmbH Co. KG Präzisionswerkstücke

2000

Foundation of ms Umformtechnik GmbH & Co. in Leinefelde, Thuringia with the commissioning of a second Hatebur forging press AMP40 at the Leinefelde site.

2006

Commissioning of a Hatebur forging press AMP50XL at the Leinefelde site.

Since 2006

The metallumform GmbH Management/Technology and sales company is located in our newly constructed administration building.

2013
